Nate Ingerson

Nate is a driving force at Innovative Solutions Health IT. He's the Director of Technical Services and manages a staff of 30 technicians, leading them in all aspects of project management, personal development and resource planning. He's also a member of the Executive Management Team, helping steer the planning and development direction of the company today and into the future.

Nate's educational background positioned him well for his current success. He graduated from Monroe County Community College with an AAS Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, and is a certified Microsoft Systems Engineer. He furthered his education at the Rochester Institute of Technology with a focus on IT, Networking, and Systems Administration.

Nate's career path at Innovative Solutions Health IT has been colored by a pattern of increasing responsibility. He started out as a Network Technician and moved up to positions that included Network Administrator, Network Engineer, Sr. Network Engineer, Project Manager and Account Manager. His leadership abilities, knowledge and experience are respected both within our company and in the Health IT industry. Nate's technical skills and business acumen have combined to move the Health IT team into the forefront of medical technology, earning them the reputation as the market leader in EHR.

Nate is a Leadership Rochester alumni, a graduate of the 2010 class. His involvement in the organization strengthens his professional values which he also takes into his personal life. Nate loves outdoors activities and is an avid car enthusiast. He appreciates a night out with friends, and enjoys relaxing on Sodus Bay with his family on weekends.
